5. Orders and Payments

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including:

• Product or service unavailability
• Errors in pricing or product information
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
• Inability to verify customer information

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure pricing accuracy but reserve the right to correct any errors. If a pricing error is discovered after you place an order, we will contact you before processing.

Payment

We accept payment through PayPal and other secure payment methods. Payment must be received in full before we begin creating custom talismans or scheduling consultations. All transactions are processed securely through encrypted connections.

6. Custom Talismans

Custom talismans are created specifically for you based on your birth information and require:

• Accurate birth date and time information
• 7-14 days for creation (depending on auspicious timing)
• Clear communication of your intentions and needs

Custom talismans cannot be returned or exchanged once created, as they are personalized spiritual items.

7. Consultations

Scheduling and Cancellation

Consultation appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellation or rescheduling policies:

• Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund
• Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee
• No-shows forfeit the full consultation fee

Confidentiality

All information shared during consultations is kept strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal information or consultation details to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide using tracked and insured shipping methods:

• Domestic shipping: 3-7 business days
• International shipping: 10-21 business days
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.

9. Returns and Refunds

Standard Talismans

Standard (non-custom) talismans may be returned within 14 days of receipt if:

• The item is unused and in original condition
• Original packaging is intact
• You contact us before returning

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus shipping costs. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Custom Talismans and Consultations

Due to their personalized nature, custom talismans and completed consultations are non-refundable. However, if you are unsatisfied with a consultation, please contact us to discuss the issue.

Damaged Items

If your talisman arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace it at no charge or issue a full refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

• Text, images, graphics, and logos
• Talisman designs and sacred symbols
• Articles and educational content
• Website design and layout

are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

11. User Conduct
